Caitlin Buckley
"I use my photographic practice to study the body and how self-portraiture can be employed as an examination of identity.

My passion mainly lies with analogue photography processes, I find I make a greater connection with the process when I am physically engaging with it. Many of my photographs show women, naked or clothed, some blurred with the surroundings, or obscured figures. I use the body as a medium to express movement.

I recently graduated from UWE with a degree in photography and am now working with Studio 18, a gallery in Stroud, Gloucestershire where I am exhibiting my work and curating."
