Marcus Morgan

Marcus is a recent graduate in BA fine art from City and Guilds of London Art School. He primarily makes drawings and paintings of familiar objects that seek to blur the line between abstraction and representation. Particular attention is payed to colour and geometry. He uses domestic imagery as a starting point because its deeply familiar, to himself and, he hopes, to wider audiences. Lately, the use of domestic imagery has taken on a new perspective and can be seen as a reflection on lockdown.
