“I am interested in exploring how there is never one single truth or reality to a situation. Much of my work and life ethos touches on this idea.  Under each painting is another one, and another before that: My paintings are multilayered stories – as much about the process as the final product.  I almost exclusively use found, reclaimed and recycled materials in my work. I feel there is enough “stuff” around us, not to have to buy new – It feels right to re-use and to re-tell things”.
