About the Artist:
"I'm ANNALID and since September I have been undergoing an art foundation course based in Stroud. 
 
I'm attempting to indulge in the world of art through experiences such as volunteering in galleries and museums. For instance the New Brewery Arts in Cirencester during the summer where I helped prepare a new exhibition, and most recently at the Museum in the Park, where I contributed to the 'Same Sea, Different Boat' project with my own collagraph print, and am preparing to give tours in the coming months.
 
At present I find myself obsessing around post-humanity, whether apocalyptic or in terms of space and time. A sort of macro approach. Parasites and Annelida are also on my brain so I enjoy alluding to that. 
My tutor's reference referred to me as "being the pedagogical parasite on 'given' projects". I currently lack the self-awareness to be aware of such things, so these comments have transformed the way I think about my approach."
