About the Artist:
"After graduating from my Fine Art degree at Goldsmiths, where my work focussed primarily on ritualistic performance, I pursued my interests in the theme and stayed at Goldsmiths to study anthropology, specifically ‘Ritual, Myth and Magic', before returning to Stroud. Though continuing performance and video work, I began drawing again which has now become central to my artistic practice. I returned to London for a short course on the geometry of labyrinths at the school of traditional arts which inspired the event ‘Labyrinth a Solstice celebration' at Studio 18 on the winter solstice of 2019. Since then, following the rituals of the celtic calendar, I have continued to make video/performance work and collaborating. As ever I’m inspired by walking the landscape of Britain and exploring it’s ancient sites while developing my drawings."
