"My work seeks to educate and inspire people to embrace the transformative power of wellbeing for positive mental health and exposure to natural mindfulness. I create mixed media artworks using found materials, nature explosions of photographic art and poetry as a contemplative medium.
 
Creativity is a key driver in positive change and creative play enables people to get lost in the moment and create new possibilities, free from distraction. Through my work, I give people permission to daydream and encourage them embrace creativity.
 
My art acts as a vehicle for self-reflection and development, from challenging perceptions to celebrating wilderness. I encourage people to dream and ponder on their place in the world and to give them permission to follow their passions. Nature is filled with endless inspiration and is proven to alleviate stress and aid recovery."
