SUBMIT A PHOTO

Adding this to your cart will charge you £5 and allow you to submit one photo. You will be required to pay £5 per photo you submit, which is non-refundable. If you want to sumbit more than one photo, you'll need to add this option to your 'shopping cart' again for every photo that you intend to submit.

Once you have completed the payment section, please send digital images of your photo submission(s) to anyastudio18@gmail.com.

You will be contacted via email to inform you whether or not your photo(s) have been selected for inclusion in the show.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The deadline for submission is 5th November 2021.

If your photo(s) is/are selected then the delivery of work to Studio 18 will be received on the 12th/13th/14th November.

ALL PHOTOS MUST BE FRAMED AND READY TO HANG. NO CLIP FRAMES.

Security and Liability
The organisers are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged items during the exhibition dates as well as during postage or delivery.
The exhibiting artist or lender must provide their own insurance coverage.
The artist will be required to complete and sign the below waiver of liability before any works of art are exhibited.

You will be required to enter your name and today's date above before you submit any work, to indicate that you have read and agree to the following statement:

I understand and agree that the organisers are allowing me to display items at Studio 18, Stroud, and my work/items shall be displayed between the 19th and the 28th November 2021.

I understand neither the organisers at Studio 18 shall assume any responsibility or obligation for any loss or damage to any item or items so displayed.
I understand that the displayed item(s) are not and will not be covered under any insurance policy owned by Studio 18.

I understand that I am solely responsible for insurance coverage for the item(s) being displayed, and the burden is on me to do so at my own cost.
