About the Artist
Inspired by the works of Kelvin Okafor in 2008, Helen developed her art with focus on realism and intricate detail. Originally a portrait charcoal artist led her to being a contestant on Sky Portrait Artist of the Year in 2020. Inspired by the artists on the show and the creative scene in Stroud Helen has begun
painting since August 2020.

In oils she has evolved her realistic style with a touch of abstraction and surreal composition. Finding beauty in the mundane and an ever growing obsession with water.
