Studio 18 Open Call out With Covid restrictions lifting Studio 18 are finally inviting artists to submit work for its second Open exhibition The aim of the exhibition is to draw in creative’s both locally and further afield in order to connect, discover and enjoy the amazing diversity of this creative Cotswold hotspot. Any discipline will be considered and at least one work from each submitting artist will be exhibited, subject to restrictions. Accepted works will also be included on Studio 18’s website in the form of a virtual gallery allowing art lovers to purchase and be apart of the viewing process. So if you’ve managed to create a body of work over this crazy year, now’s the time to show! There is a non-refundable online submission fee of £5 and a further handling fee of £10 per accepted work. Up to 8 works for consideration to be submitted online with a size restriction of 150 x 150 cm, of which a maximum of 5 will be selected. However larger works will be considered. Online submission deadline is 8pm 23rd July. Each artist will be informed of successful entries by the 25th July. Studio 18 will take deliveries of work on the 27th July. Studio 18 will consider film, installation art, sculpture and performance art but ask that you get in touch at the earliest possible opportunity in order to consider logistics and requirements. Studio takes 25% on sales in an ethical approach to keep funds in artist’s hands. The exhibition opening is on Saturday 31st July and will run till the 7th August open daily 12 - 5. Once the submission fee is paid Studio 18 will contact you via email with details of how to upload your work.
Cancellation Policy
Security and Liability The organisers are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged items during the exhibition dates as well as during postage or delivery. The exhibiting artist or lender must provide their own insurance coverage. The artist will be required to complete and sign the below waiver of liability before any works of art are exhibited. Please fill in where appropriate: I, ________________________________, understand and agree that the organisers are allowing me to display items at Studio 18, Stroud, and my work/items shall be displayed between the 20th November 2025 and the 30th November 2025. I understand neither the organisers at Studio 18 shall assume any responsibility or obligation for any loss or damage to any item or items so displayed. I understand that the displayed item(s) are not and will not be covered under any insurance policy owned by Studio 18.
