Service Description
Studio 18 Open Exhibition Studio 18 are inviting artists to submit work for its fourth Open exhibition. Since 2019, our open exhibitions have been bringing creatives together to connect, discover and enjoy the amazing diversity of this creative Cotswold hotspot. With a guarantee of getting at least one piece in the show, it’s a great time of year to get your work out there and meet other creatives. You can submit up to 6 pieces of which a maximum of 5 will be selected. There is a size restriction of 150 x 150 cm, however larger works will be considered. Studio 18 will consider film, installation art, sculpture and performance art but ask that you get in touch at the earliest possible opportunity in order to consider logistics and requirements. There is a non-refundable online submission fee of £20 which covers admin and private view costs. Online submission deadline is 8pm on Tuesday 11th November. Each artist will be informed of successful entries shortly after works have been submitted. We suggest submitting your works early to give you plenty of time to prepare your pieces for the exhibition. Studio 18 takes 30% of sales. Cancellation Policy
Security and Liability The organisers are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged items during the exhibition dates as well as during postage or delivery. The exhibiting artist or lender must provide their own insurance coverage. The artist will be required to complete and sign the below waiver of liability before any works of art are exhibited. Please fill in where appropriate: I, ________________________________, understand and agree that the organisers are allowing me to display items at Studio 18, Stroud, and my work/items shall be displayed between the 20th November 2025 and the 30th November 2025. I understand neither the organisers at Studio 18 shall assume any responsibility or obligation for any loss or damage to any item or items so displayed. I understand that the displayed item(s) are not and will not be covered under any insurance policy owned by Studio 18.
